DO YOU MEET THE STANDARD?
B.O.S.S. isn't looking for trainers who simply need somewhere to train clients. We're looking for established professionals whose businesses and professionalism belong in the B.O.S.S. environment.
ESTABLISHED BUSINESS
You already have a paying client base and operate an independent personal-training business.
EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL
You have a minimum of 2 years of professional training experience and can coach independently without supervision or mentorship.
PROPERLY CREDENTIALED
You hold a current recognized personal-training certification or a relevant exercise-science/kinesiology degree, plus current CPR/AED credentials.
PROPERLY INSURED
You maintain appropriate professional liability insurance before facility access.
BUSINESS OPERATOR
You manage your own clients, scheduling, billing, programming, marketing, taxes and business administration.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARD
You respect the facility, equipment, parking, clients and other professionals.
INDEPENDENT
You don't need B.O.S.S. to build your business. You need the right environment to operate the business you've already built.
