At almost 1 year to date Matt Mancuso was in the hospital unconscious and bed ridden. With the flu that moved to his lungs causing fluid buildup and ammonia in both! When Matt woke up 3 days later he was hooked to IV’s in his arms and chest. 2 weeks in the IC and 1 week under care. Matt had a lot of time to think about his health at 33 his question to himself was how could his health be so vital so young.
21 lbs. lighter and an IV still hooked to his heart Matt Mancuso came back to B.O.S.S with a new attitude and new grit to be healthy! Weak and barely able to do a full hour Matt was ready to get back up and join the fight. He had to start from the bottom. Matt built himself up from the hospital bed to running 3 Miles at least 2 times per week. That’s not it! Not only was Matt coming 3 times a week before the hospital he bumped it up 5–6 days of training per week! On top of making Cardio Kick Boxing and Core and More weekly! Matt has also changed his eating habits. Which helped him lean out and get in great shape. Way to keep fighting Matt!
