Danielle

Danielle has been drinking the B.O.S.S Kool-Aid for about 3 months. The process started with just 2 training sessions per week. As she got in better shape. We added 1 group class and then another until we reached 3 group classes plus 2 training sessions weekly. Danielle has gotten strong and lean. She has increased to doing a class and a training session, her mile times have gotten better. Results take on a different look on everyone. But, there are results no one can deny. Hard work pays off.
