Bobble Head Bob, LOL! This is our guy. Bob started his journey with us in 2015. Anyone who has been on a fitness journey understands the ups and downs that come with it. There are frustrations and life challenges. Suffering from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome has cause Bob to have a blood clot removed from his lower rib which also cause the rib to be removed. Along with the daily discomfort his pain is also increased during his exercise. With restrictions and limitations in some areas, Bob has found his groove and its on now. Training 2-3 times a week, adding 9 miles per week outside of the gym and indoor hockey Bob has become slim and trim. Changing his eating habits, becoming more active and off the high cholesterol medication has Bob really appreciating a better quality of life. Forget the 21 pounds and 7 percent body fat. Bob has taken the mental challenge to be here for his family and to be a better version of himself. Might as Well because Results Do Matter just ask his lil girl who loves her dad dearly.
