What Is A Step Fit Class?
If you are considering joining one of our group fitness classes, you may wonder what each one entails. Step fit is a class that implements just what it sounds like: stepping and getting fit! We pair traditional step aerobic moves with our own special B.O.S.S. tweak. The end result is a fast paced, fun aerobic class. What will this class accomplish?

During a step fit class, you will be working under the guidance of a personal trainer who will lead the class in fast paced physical movement. The physical movement somewhat mimics walking, but is actually geared towards placing minimal pressure on your joints. This can be a great alternative for people who cannot run due to joint pain.
