A face to face with a personal trainer and coach who’s whole goal during this virtual call is to help you feel comfortable before getting started with your fitness program. There will be a discussion about your fitness history, goals, likes and dislikes about fitness and gym settings. Along with introducing themselves and doing their best to be of service to you and your fitness goals
