What Is Kettle Works?

During this vigorous fitness class we will walk you through a series of exercises that revolve around the kettlebell. A kettlebell is a cast steel weight that resembles a ball with a handle. The kettlebell actually originated in Russian hundreds of years ago. The kettlebell’s first use was for weighing crops. However, due to the improved strength farmers found when they used kettlebells, they began to incorporate a show of strength in festivals using kettlebells. Overtime this evolved, and soon the Soviet army was even using kettlebells as part of their physical training regime. During Kettle Works we will use the kettlebell to improve the following:
- Cardiovascular strength
- Muscle strength
