What Takes Place During Chaos

Chaos is a group fitness experience that incorporates both crossfit and our own unique spin. We take these two dynamic styles and create a fitness class your body won’t soon forget. Part of this class involves taking part in 1-minute stations. These stations are comprised of a variety of challenging and fun exercises. Some of the exercises involved in our 1-minute stations are as follows:

  • TRX suspension training
  • Ropes

If you are unfamiliar with any of the equipment we use or the style of our crossfit, the personal trainer in charge will be happy to assist you. This guided class allows you to work at your own pace. During the one minute you are at any station you will be allowed to complete the number of reps you feel comfortable completing in that time frame. This workout session is fast-paced and is sure to keep you on your toes. If you are someone who normally gets bored with a repetitive workout routine, this group fitness class could be the perfect fit for you.
