Services Endurance Training: Endurance is the centerpiece to all training, whether it be body building or recreational. B.O.S.S. Fitness' specialty is endurance training. This is achieved by first establishing your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds and then pushing them to the limits and combining the right combo training techniques. There is one belief that B.O.S.S. Fitness stands by and that is that everyone, who considers themselves in shape should be able to run one mile before and after their training. Group Fitness: Group fitness is a good way to get into shape without the hassle of having to worry about how many exercises and number of reps to do. The instructor will teach, give the command plus monitor your posture. This will be done in an atmosphere which will allow everyone participating to be on the same page. The motivation is good and group fitness is fun with the challenge of improving from class to class. Nutrition Plan: General health and fitness: Nutrition plans are given based on participant's goals. What makes a diet or exercise program most effective is when it's designed specifically for you. A personalized program is designed with you in mind. To get something to be for you it has to be about you. Too often, the plan is not followed like it should be and that's when the plan fails. The only way to see if something works is to give it time and stick with it. Sports Specific Training: Because of B.O.S.S. Fitness' top trainer's background in endurance training, sports related training is very aggressive and to the point. To play in the last minutes of any sport you must train like you are in the last minute. You must combine weight training principles with sports related principles to make a strong player. Weight Loss: At B.O.S.S. Fitness we believe in inches not weight, but there is a weight loss factor that plays into our program. We aim to use your muscle to burn the body fat instead of having you on intense cardio training and limiting food intake to speed up your weight loss, which in the end causes you to lose precious muscle as well. We are into safe weight loss and taking what the body gives us. B.O.S.S. Fitness is very serious when it comes to a trainee losing the weight because of the health benefits and the damage one can do to them if their weight is not held in check. Weight Gain: Probably the hardest goal to achieve through exercise is gaining weight. The majority of trainees attempting to gain weight are hard gainers. B.O.S.S. Fitness has come up with a program to push the hard gainer forward in the quest to pack on more muscle and more weight. Young Fitness: Young fitness is a program designed to assist young athletes in sports related training. One of the key elements to this program is that participants are educated by athletes, who have been where they are now. B.O.S.S. Fitness takes great pride in seeing the progress of every participant not just the one's looking to improve in a sport but the average child looking for something positive to do with their time. System Training: This is a four-month commitment that gives you twelve training sessions in a month. To receive this pricing you must also enroll in our electronic transfer program. Payments will be transferred on two dates. |
