Endurance Training:

Endurance is the center piece to all training, rather it be body building or recreational. B.O.S.S. Fitness specialty is endurance training. This is achieved by first establishing your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds and then pushing them to the limits and combining the right combo training techniques. There is one belief that B.O.S.S. Fitness stands by and that is everyone calling themselves in shape should be able to run one mile before their training and after.

Group Fitness:

Group fitness is a good way to get into shape without the hassle of having to worry about how many exercises and # of reps to do. The instructor will teach, give the command plus monitor your posture. This will be done in an atmosphere which will allow for everyone participating being on the same page. The motivation is good and group fitness is fun with the challenge of improving from class to class.

Monthly Workouts:

Do you want to take your workout to another level? No matter what type of training you do, B.O.S.S. Fitness has a plan for you. Monthly workouts under this program can be distributed via e-mail or you can come into the facility once a month to get your workout.

Nutrition Plan:

General health and fitness: A nutritional plan and workout regime will be put together based on the individuals' workout goals. What makes a diet or exercise program most effective is when it's designed specifically for you based on your time of workout, your meals catered to when you wake up and when you go to sleep. A personalized program is designed with you in mind. To get something to be for you it has to be about you. A lot of times the plan is not followed like it should and that's when the plan fails. The only ways to see if something works you have to give it time to work, give yourself time to adjust and become comfortable with the change that has occurred in your life.

Sports Specific Training:

Because of B.O.S.S. Fitness top trainer's back ground in endurance training, this makes sports related training very aggressive and to the point. To play in the last minutes of any sport you must train like you are in the last minute. Combine weight training principles with sports related principles and make a strong player.

Weight Loss:

At B.O.S.S. Fitness we believe in inches not weight but there is a weight loss factor that plays in to our program. We aim to use your muscle to burn the body fat instead of having you on an intense cardio training and limiting food intake to speed up your weight loss which in the end causes you to lose precious muscle as well. We are into safe weight loss and taking what the body gives us. B.O.S.S. Fitness is very serious when it comes to a trainee losing the weight because of the health benefits and the damage one can do to themselves if there weight is not held in check.

Weight Gain:

Probably the hardest goal to achieve through exercise is gaining weight. Majority of trainee's attempting to gain weight are hard gainers. B.O.S.S. Fitness has come up with a program to push the hard gainer forward in the quest to pack on more muscle and more weight.

Young Fitness:

Young fitness is a program designed to assist young athlete's in sports related training One of the key elements to this program is the teaching the participants received from experienced athlete's who have been were the youth of today are at. B.O.S.S. Fitness takes great pride in seeing the progress of every participant not just the one's looking to improve in a sport but the average child looking for something positive to do with there time.
