Details:
The pound challeng is a healthy and safe weight loss challenge. There is a ten pound commitment in five weeks and each member must have a sponsor or sponsors who will be willing to donate one dollar per pound lost. All proceeds collected will be given to the (American Diabetes Association). This is a five week challenge and it ends July 3rd 2008. |

Konata of 107.5 and his fit club has joined forces with James and the B.o.s.s. Fitness family to form the biggest commitment. A 90 day program designed to help the participants get back into shape. There will be personalized exercise programs and diet referrences to assist the individuals in there quest to be the most committed. (the first contestants start on july 25 and ends on october 25 |

Body Composition Challenge
Starts June 9th and ends July 11th
The challenge will be judged by the contestants who lose the most body weight safely. Meaning weight can go down but must maintain muscle mass. There is a weekly weigh-in and the results can be tracked.
The winner will receive a month of free personal training.
