Mr.T has also run a six-minute mile, completed 176 floors in the StairMaster in 20 minutes, and completed the infamous Dead Man Walking exercise routine in 47 minutes.
What we appreciate the most is also what makes Mr. T the client of the month: His ability to push himself and challenge himself.
