Lisa came to B.O.S.S. just over a year ago, after deciding sitting on the couch wasn't going to help her reach the goal of getting under 200 pounds. We had to start from the beginning and Lisa was up to the challenge.
Lisa started out with a half mile time of 10:02 minutes and is now down to 6:00 minutes; her one mile time of 16:02 is now 11:55 and she does two miles in 24:50. Lisa also has lost 12% body fat, over 20 total inches and close to 70 pounds. This leaves Lisa close to 25 pounds away from her ultimate goal. I am personally proud of what Lisa has been able to achieve. Anyone who has lost weight understands how hard it can be; imagine what someone goes through losing 70 pounds.
