In 2 1/2 months, Kristen has lost 10 pounds, 4% body fat, and a total of five inches in her hips and waist.
Her muscular endurance has increased by more than 60% and as a result she has improved muscle tone, noticeably in her back, chest, arms, and legs.
She also completed her first 5k run last month and will be running her first 10k later this year.
By taking full advantage of our system training and aerobic classes, Kristen has been able to transform her body and passion for exercise. It will be exciting to see what she gets accomplished in the next few months.
