I joined the B.O.S.S. family in June 2011 with encouragement from my co-workers at The Crane Group. I was ready to get back in shape after having my second child.
Since then, I've trained once a week with James and followed his prescribed diet plan. In addition, I started running 3-5 times per week around my neighborhood and at my local gym. I previously hated running, but I now actually enjoy it! I completed my first 5k this past summer and will be participating in 5 miles of a 50-miler in November.
To date, I'm down 22 pounds, 9 percent body fat and 25 total inches. Although I am not yet at my final goal, I've managed to find a way to get fitness back into my hectic schedule and feel much better doing it.
I look forward to an active lifestyle with my family and saying goodbye to the "fat reproductive" years!
