The team of Sam and Tam are the winners of our 4-Week Pound Beat Down II. Sam, being a two-time winner of this contest and Tam, a runner up last time out joined up to form a team that withstood tough competition.

Posting the top times in every exercise category pushed them over the top. Because this was a winner take all competition, the team of Sam and Tam took home the money!
