Client of the Month Johnny Hairston » March 2009 We can say a lot about our client of the month. First, he came to B.O.S.S. over a year ago with his own way of doing things because he is a Boss himself. Our approach with Johnny was simple: get him to buy into the program. In a matter of no time the results began to come. Johnny now boasts a 200 pound frame with 19% body fat and 28% muscle. What makes Johnny's accomplishments so great in the eyes of B.O.S.S. Fitness is the fact that he is closing in on 50 years of age. His place in life doesn't give him excuses but gives him the motivation to work harder than anyone else and for the month of March, Johnny is the top dawg at B.O.S.S. Great Job, Johhny!!!! |
